American Christian Fiction Writers ~ What can I say? This organization is a gift. Join it, then subscribe to the loop and learn, learn, learn. Oh, did I mention the Annual Conference? Orange County (CA) Christian Writers Fellowship ~ This wonderful organization has a free newsletter filled with ideas and writing ops and is a way to link up with folks who write and love the Lord in my own backyard. The immediate past-president is Beverly Bush Smith (Tyndale) who has mentored me for over fifteen years. BTW, if you are unequally yoked, email me for Bev’s comprehensive book/Bible study about that Reading Writers ~ Critiquing service extraordinaire. MY FAVORITE PLACES TO WORSHIP

Mariners Church ~ Where my family worships in Irvine, California. An Evangelical Christian mega-church that actually teaches the Bible! Mariners has been my home church for over twenty years. Even though my family and I sit among hundreds, sometimes thousands, of other worshipers, we feel loved and connected to God’s Word. Desert Streams Chapel ~ My favorite little church in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Pastor Michael Ledner does it all (leading the worship songs, prayer and message) for the 70+ congregants. Intimate, warm and friendly Four Square church where folks remember your name. CitiChurch ~ A spirit-filled congregation of about 600 with Pastor Terry giving dynamic Biblical messages. I love being able to take communion at my will after each service. This Evangelical church will probably be a mega-church in a few years. Also in North Scottsdale, Arizona.

WONDERFUL AUTHOR SITES
I have visited every site and am pleased to recommend them. Each author’s site is unique and characterizes his or her personality and faith. But, if you are not a person of faith, please visit them anyway. You will find laughter, joy and affirmation as a human being in each of these. Plus, a lot of great reading recommendations. drsleep.com ~ Want to see my hubby? This one is his. Baby Center ~ Having a baby, or are you going to be a grandparent? This site has been my mainstay for the past year while waiting for my first grandchild to be born. Excellent articles on every subject imaginable about birth and babies. It even tracks the pregnancy! The Knot and The Wedding Channel ~ Whether involved in a wedding as a parent or relative, these sites are a must for ideas, etiquette and Ladies . . . gowns! Can you guess? I’ve been the MOB (mother of the bride) and the MOG (mother of the groom) recently enough to suggest this site. Realtor.com ~ Find your dream house anywhere. Who cares if you can’t afford it? Great inspiration for writers searching for unique houses for their stories.
